Greg Cangialosi
Greg is an entrepreneur based in Baltimore, MD. He serves as Chairman & Co-Founder of Betamore, Managing Member of the Baltimore Angels, and is an active advisor and investor to several companies in the mid-Atlantic region. In 2001, Greg started and scaled, with no outside capital, Blue Sky Factory, a leading email marketing service provider that was acquired by the private equity firm, in 2011.

Teresa Hodge
In 2017, Teresa was named one of eight inaugural cohort members of the Unlocked Futures Accelerator for her tech intervention R3 Score. She designed R3 Score an HR (human resource) tool to ensure people living with arrest and/or conviction records were not perpetually locked out of jobs and other self-sustaining opportunities for the rest of their lives.

Colin Tarbert
Colin Tarbert is the President and CEO of the Baltimore Development Corporation (BDC), which serves as the economic development agency for Baltimore City. It is responsible for growing the city by retaining and attracting businesses, expanding job opportunities for city residents, and increasing investment in city neighborhoods. In addition, Tarbert is active on numerous civic and non-profit boards

Ernst Valery
Mr. Valery is the founder and president of SAA | EVI affiliate Ernst Valery Investments Corp. (EVI), a private, minority-owned real estate investment firm established in 2001. EVI invests in select underserved and undervalued key emerging domestic real estate markets, defined as urban transitional areas with high residential and retail demand.

Edoardo Reviglio
Edoardo Reviglio, is Chief Economist at "Cassa depositi e prestiti" (CDP), Rome. He is professor of economics at LUISS Guido Carli in Rome. He acted as Advisor on International Affairs for the Minister of Economy and Finance (2008-2011). He has been a Member of the Council of Economic Advisers of the Italian Ministry of Economy and Finance. He is a member of the Scientific Committee of the Club of Long Term Investors, Paris.

Sally Ratrie
Sally is an experienced project manager in Innovation Works, with a demonstrated history working in professional education with a social justice lens. She is skilled in project management, non-profits, marketing, and communications. She possesses a strong community and social services professional with a Bachelor’s Degree focused on Economics and Studio Art from Goucher College in Maryland.

Roberto Mezzalama
Roberto is Principal and Senior Project Director of Golder Associates since 2006 and currently leader of the global Golder community for Environmental and Social Impact Assessment. Before joining Golder Associates Roberto held various positions in local governments in Italy. He holds a master's degree in Environmental Engineering from the Polytechnic of Turin and a degree in Natural Sciences from the University of Pavia.

Christian Iaione
Christian Iaione is professor of urban law and policy, land use and regulatory innovation at Luiss Guido Carli where he is also deputy director of the research center BILL-Blockchain, artificial Intelligence and digital innovation Law Lab, coordinator of the innovation area of the Luiss School of Law, faculty co-director of the graduate course in Law, Digital Innovation and Sustainability

Mario Montalcini
Management & corporate structure consultant – project manager. Partner and administrator of a consultancy company, with vast experience in national production materials. Strong project management experience having completed a number of projects and overseen the completion of several international initiatives.

Paolo Mulassano
Paolo is Chief Impact Innovation Officer of Compagnia di San Paolo and has been the Deputy Director of Istituto Superiore Mario Boella, that has been recently renamed into LINKS Foundation. He is also acting as Innovation Manager of the new Research & Innovation Fund managed by Equiter SPA under a specific framework set up by EIB and MIUR. Since 2018 he is adjunct professor in Innovation Management of University of Torino.

Tricia Hackett
Tricia Hackett is the Sustainable Urban Development Advisor for the IUC North America program financed by the European Union. She is also a Thematic Expert for URBACT, an Advisor to the London-based Social Innovation Exchange and an Urban Action Planning Expert with the German International Development Agency. She has an MSc in Urban Development Planning from The Bartlett Development Planning Unit at University College London and has been a guest lecturer at Danube University Krems, as well as an expert advisor on public sector innovation with the National Planning Department of Colombia and a 2019 UCL Global Policy Fellow.

Dana Valery
Dana Valery is the founder and operating manager of Milk & Honey Market, a café focused on locally sourced foods and promoting local food makers and community. As a small business owner, Dana values neighborhood and citywide collaboration focusing on improving sustainable practices in food production and farming. She has been an active member of the Baltimore food community. She also owns and manages real estate in Maryland and Pennsylvania.
